Mike K. Kim is an attorney licensed to practice law in Illinois and the federal courts of the Northern and Southern Districts of Illinois. Since 2001, Mr. Kim has successfully obtained judgments and settlements for consumers across Illinois, from Jo Daviess County in Galena, Illinois, to St. Clair County in Belleville, while employed by two (2) of the nation’s largest multi-state lemon law firms.
After managing the Illinois office for one of these firms, Mr. Kim continued to provide free representation on cases focusing on Illinois lemon law now through the Law Office of Mike K. Kim (Est. 2009). He has obtained vehicle repurchases, lease cancellations, vehicle replacements, and thousands of dollars in cash settlements from car manufacturers, with the majority of these cases quickly resolved prior to the filing of a lawsuit.
